Custom Designs In Wood was founded in 1999 by John Cummins.  The company was built on a strong foundation based on the principles of using integrity in all business dealings, quality workmanship, and dedication to  total client satisfaction.  In 2018 John began entrusting the day to day operations to his shop manager and right hand man, Alex Mujica.  Fast forward to 2023 and Alex is now the sole owner and is involved in every aspect of the business.

   Alex has over 30   years of cabinet building experience. Under his leadership you will find a team of dedicated, hard working individuals--each one excellent in their field of expertise. From manufacturing, to an in-house finish department, to installation--you will be in the very best of hands.  Our shop is also equipped with state of the art machinery, such as our CNC Machine, that gives us a tremendous advantage in the quality and sophistication of everything we do.
